Truffili Shipping & Refund Policy
We want to make sure your Truffili di Pellegrini™ order arrives safely and in perfect condition
because you demand quality and perfection; therefore, we will follow these shipping guidelines:
Our shipper’s ground service is available only for California addresses.
Our Shipper has permission to leave your order at the recipient address if no one is there to sign for it.
Refund Policy
Truffili di Pellegrini is not responsible for product stolen or damaged after it has been delivered
to the address speci-fied by the purchaser. If you select “signature required for delivery” your order will not be
delivered unless signed for. If no one is present, our shipper will make one more attempt before the order
will be returned to us.
Truffili di Pellegrini will not refund purchases if the product is damaged or melted after the first delivery
attempt or if it is returned by the shipper.
We WILL NOT ship to Post Office Boxes. We ship ONLY within the 48 contiguous United States. We require some-one to be present to sign and receive packages. We will not be responsible for incorrect or
undeliverable recipients and addresses.
Packages received should be and opened as soon as possible and
kept in a cool dry place for proper storage until consumed.
DO NOT FREEZE OR REFRIGERATE CHOCOLATE
Fine chocolate should be stored in an airtight container in a cool dry place. Ideally, store in your wine
cooler. The storage temperature should be between 55°F and 60°F. To fully appreciate the rich
sophisticated flavor, these chocolates should be consumed at a temperature of 68°F to 70°F,
and within one month of delivery.
Please Note
Our product is perishable and therefore shipped in insulated boxes to protect from outside temperatures
via two business day delivery service. When shipping to or through warm temperature areas of the country
at certain times of the year, we may need to either delay shipping or ship only overnight.
Shipping rates will be charged accordingly.
