NORCAL GOURMET, LLC SHIPPING POLICIES
Truffili di Pellegrini is a wholly owned brand of Norcal Gourmet, LLC. Norcal Gourmet, LLC, is the exclusive Distributor of the Truffili di Pellegrini Brand. Norcal Gourmet wants to make sure your Truffili di Pellegrini™ order arrives safely and in perfect condition because you demand quality and perfection; therefore, we will follow these shipping guidelines:
We use FedEx® for all our shipping. Our shipper's ground service is available only for California, Oregon, Washington (WA), Nevada and Idaho addresses that are within 2 business day service.
Norcal Gourmet ships Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Our Shipper has permission to leave your order at the recipient address if no one is there to sign for it. When you select "signature required for delivery" your order will not be delivered unless someone is present to sign for it. If no one is present, our shipper will make one more attempt before the order will be returned to us. There is a minimal charge for signature required delivery. Tracking information will be sent with each order confirmation..
Our product is perishable and therefore shipped in insulated boxes to protect from outside temperatures. When shipping to or through warm temperature areas of the country at certain times of the year, we may need to either delay shipping or ship only overnight. Shipping rates will be charged accordingly.
Norcal Gourmet, LLC is not responsible for product stolen or damaged after it has been delivered to the address specified by the purchaser. Norcal Gourmet, LLC will not refund purchases if the product is damaged or melted after the first delivery attempt or if it is returned by the shipper.
We WILL NOT ship to Post Office Boxes. We ship ONLY within the 48 contiguous United States.
We will not be responsible for incorrect or undeliverable recipients and addresses. Packages received should be opened as soon as possible and kept in a cool dry place for proper storage until consumed.
If you are concerned about stolen packages, enter the words “Signature Required” in the ordering instructions window at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page.
DO NOT FREEZE OR REFRIGERATE CHOCOLATE
Fine chocolate should be stored in an airtight container in a cool dry place - ideally, store in your wine cooler. The storage temperature should be between 55°F and 60°F. To fully appreciate the rich sophisticated flavor, these chocolates should be consumed at a temperature of 68°F to 70°F. Consume within one week after opening for maximum enjoyment.
